What sets us apart is our perspective. N3 Projects was built on more than 35 years of freight forwarding experience across operational, commercial and leadership roles, combined with CargoWise implementation and consultancy projects delivered across Latin America, Europe, the Middle East and Australia. We understand the operational realities behind the system, not just the system itself.

Yes. N3 Projects is an official CargoWise Service Partner, recognised by WiseTech Global. That means we've met WiseTech's standards for CargoWise knowledge and delivery, and we have direct access to WiseTech's partner resources and support channels.
CargoWise is a deep, complex platform. An official Service Partner has been vetted by WiseTech Global, has demonstrated real delivery capability, and stays current with platform updates and best practices. Working with an unofficial consultant is a risk — not because good independents don't exist, but because there's no accountability framework behind them. With a Service Partner, there is.
Optimisation is our primary focus. Most companies using CargoWise are getting a fraction of what the platform can do — and that gap is where we spend most of our time. We also work with new WiseTech customers on implementations, particularly where the goal from day one is to build good habits rather than just go live.
If you already know what you need, we go straight to scoping and proposal. If you're not sure where to start, we run a no-cost assessment first — a focused review of how your team currently uses CargoWise, what's working, and where the gaps are across short, medium, and longer-term horizons. That assessment becomes the basis for a commercial proposal with a defined scope. Once agreed, we build a project plan with a clear timeline and defined deliverables — so everyone knows what's being done, by when, and what the end result looks like.
Mostly remote. The nature of CargoWise work — configuration, testing, training, integration — lends itself well to remote delivery, and our clients are spread across multiple countries. For certain project phases, or where a client specifically values on-site presence, we can discuss what makes sense.
A few things, honestly. First, the founder has over 35 years in freight forwarding across multiple markets — so we understand the operational reality behind the system, not just the system itself. Second, we're deliberately focused on smaller and mid-sized companies, who are often underserved by larger consultancies chasing enterprise contracts. Third, we're not just CargoWise consultants — we're actively integrating AI tools into the workflows we build, which means the productivity gains we deliver today are built to compound as the technology evolves.
